※Repairs can vary depending on the size, material, and condition of the doll, so we cannot give an accurate estimate until we see the item.
For that reason, please understand if we cannot answer questions such as “Can you give me an approximate amount?” over the phone or email.
Repairs can be difficult in some cases, but as an original manufacturer, we will suggest the best method to repair your treasured doll.
− The procedure is as follows
We will check your message and respond promptly.
We will review the photos and determine if repairs are possible.
After examining it at our workshop, we will confirm if repairs are possible, and if they are, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost.
If you are satisfied with the estimate then we will proceed with the repairs. If there is a problem, then we will send the item back with shipping to be paid upon delivery.
